CHARACTERISTICS
The blend of the different marcs of Cabernet and Merlot gives origin to a smooth and important grappa. The steam distillation, brought to perfection by Distilleria Bottega, exalts the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes of these two quality vines. This grappa is aged for about 12 months in barrique, where it gains its vanilla aromas and its typical amber colour.
